That definitely explains it, although only he knows why exactly he's keeping it like that. After all, adding 2 or 3 more people would significantly boost his work speed while still being able to control everything to keep it "his way", retaining that "special feel" the series has.
Whatever it may be, I hope he's happy with his product once he releases it. I'm all for people with ambition and drive to make their dreams reality.

Heard of it something like 2 days ago and watched some let's plays, only for it to be a demo and getting me annoyed.
Wasn't it the same guy who made Undertale? Why the fuck would he "need a team" and "years to make"...? Does he prefer working alone on it or what?

I wanted to write an entire wall answering your comments there, but this will more than suffice: it's a roleplaying game, and while the overall victory for your faction should be your first priority, it is by no means the sole way to play the game. I did not, at any point, endanger the game for my faction, as I was completely convinced IppE was the bad guy on day one, and on day 2 the game was already won, so I got to have my own fun.
No need to be pissy because I sent your boyfriend to the nether. That's no way for a GM to behave.

If I'm not going insane, he stated how he investigated him because he seemed the most suspicious, and sure enough got an anti-town response.

How he thought abra is the most suspicious one is beyond me, however.
