You can just buy the toughest plastic bag you can find and a bit of tape, so you lie in your bed, put the bag on your head, tape it shut so no air comes in, tape your hands and go to sleep. Chances are extremely good (depending on how tough the bag is) you'll never wake up again, and all it took was some tape and plastic. :V
Alternatively you can just mix 2 litres of vinegar with 2 litres of bleach in your car, wait 10 minutes, step into the car and take one very deep breath. You'll fall unconscious before you even realise it.
People who want to kill themselves can do it without any drama. Those who want drama take the other paths. :V
pure plastic bag causes you to panic, very uncomfortable. breathing helium does not trigger your body to think it is running out of breath as all helium does is replace the oxygen, and your body's breathing reflex depends on carbon monoxide exiting the body rather than oxygen entering which means you will comfortably pass out from breathing helium in a good two or three minutes granted there is no significant oxygen managing to enter your bag and achieve brain death in 20 minutes. it is recommended to properly squeeze out air from your exit bag before filling it with helium and then pulling it over your head while trying to not have any air gush into the bag pushing out the helium
