The thing is about peppu, he simply doesn't give a fuck about few resisting players. In fact, he might even silence you in the worst case if you manage to piss him off.
I'd say you could start doing heavy "marketing" once the actual new forum layout gets forced. People will lose their shit and you can go like "take this ebola cure, quick!!".
