tupsu's skateboard adventures
so here's the deal I got a skateboard and now I have to actually ride it and learn tricks because my school decided they'll accept it as an independent project thingy, and I'll never bother to remember to record my progress if I don't have people publicly watching (and shaming) me
besides there's other people who have threads for their personal endeavours in shitty video games so I think I'm allowed to have one for actual real life shit
I assembled my skateboard on tuesday, tried to take it out and the trucks (part that the wheels are attached to) fell off because I'm a retard and didn't screw them hard enough
I came back to it fixed on wednesday (thanks grandpa and his bear strength) and took it out for a bit of forward and backward cruising and a spin around the block. found out like 30% of the streets around my house are unrideable because I have fairly hard wheels (soft wheels are good for cruising hard are good for tricks and being at a skate park) and my city can't be fucked to properly maintain them. this is the only skateboarding I have done so far
here's a handy guide to the words I might be using
here will be a beautiful picture or two of my board I haven't taken any good ones yet

skateboarding was cancelled because my shit arse neighbour kids were out for 99% of the day and I didn't want to get teased
