Umm..
The MOST lewd game? I've played so many lewd games I don't even know if I can answer this. But if you want eroge recommendations I can recommend "kamidori alchemy meister" (It has actual gameplay and is fun!). Grisaia series is also pretty good storywise.
I guess Monster Girl Quest can be labeled as very lewd even in eroge category. It is a really good game anyways.
Artificial Academy 2 is also pretty nice game if you just want lewd stuff.

Yakuza 0 had me suddenly realise I had been in-game for over 20 hours. That was pretty shocking.

pretty boring shit to me, I'm not great at shooters so just getting murdered in the first few minutes over and over again isn't great. I hate it also because it's a very oversaturated trend at this point
any memorable food experiences out of this year? tell about it.

2018 was a great bbq year. Amazing bbq in Finland, and I had a korean bbq dinner made by a Korean in the Netherlands.
