How often are is your script reading posts? I assumed it would just check every 5 minutes

Please don't try to cheat the system, I have important friends.
No but really, the script fetches new messages every five minutes, but I have a deletion trigger in the forum database (thanks zertap for letting me put that there), so I have information about every deleted post in this thread.
