Yeah it is good; a ranking of around 80 is pro level.

< 30 = Absolute shitter
30-40 = You're shit
41-50 = You're kinda bad but just below average
51-60 = You're ok
61-70 = You're a good player
70-80 = You're extremely skilled
>80 = You're literally pro

Also I went 8-2 and got 62 too, rank system pls ):

Maybe your win streak wasn't as good; a higher streak also determines your rank because you cumulatively gain more elo from win streaks. Someone who went through placements 8-2 with an 8 win streak will be placed higher than someone who won 4 times, lost, won 4 times again then lost.
