He is on periscope right now, calling people out to fight.
We are charging up our electronic devices, storing up food. We don't have much though.

I just read up on the previous coups that happened in Turkey, and almost all of them were from the military, and all of them were actually positive and anti-islamic in nature. That's quite good actually, if they can make that shithead Erdogan resign.

But all of them ended bad, and people suffered in many ways. I don't want this to happen, in this way at least.

People will always suffer, sadly. But if it absolutely must happen and if so many people need to be sacrificed for those people to be happy with the new rule, better do something with it and remove that mongrel.
The side I'm really interested in is the economic one. This won't bode well on Turkey's economy at all.... shit is gonna plummet and won't get stabilised for years to come.

Guns have officially been used.
Down with Shittogan! =D
Fug, military is heavily outnumbered. Fucking fanatics are on the streets, kill them all! Man why didn't they first shoot down Shittogan's airplane and THEN took control, not let him rally his terrorists to the streets. This is going south really fast.

Jesus christ. Hope you're going to be okay undermine. Stay safe.
Military and police now shooting at each other. This is absolutely absurd. Democracy is truly dying.

i'm just done. i don't know. i am so tired right now, feel like sleeping. that was too much for me.
let us hope that everybody stayed/stays safe. no human life should be sacrificed in a revolution.
and oh boy, turkey's future just went darker as if it wasn't dark enough. really scary possibilities.
now - of course - everybody will blame "paralel" and the gülen-movement for the coup.
i am also really suprised that even a coup ATTEMPT was possible, considering all the precautions erdogan did against that in the military. well, apparently not the whole military was involved, only air force and gendarmerie with lower rank soldiers (?). but still, how did they organize all this? and without somebody knowing about it?
and then erdogan and mosques calling people up in the streets while there are tanks and jets and soldiers, that's just calling for civil war and casualties.
everything is so confusing. i just... don't know man.
in the end, the best revolutions are when they happen in the minds, not with weapons.

Man this is so shit. I really wish the entire military did the coup and just mowed down those people. All I want is to see those pro Shittogan people massacred. =(
Now people are taking fucking selfies in the streets... it's a joke of a coup, if it even is one and isn't like Miney said some kind of Erdogan's plot to gain even more popularity.

And here i was hoping we would finally be rid of erdogan.

Im confused why would this be staged? And how could that possibly increase Erdogans popularity, considering hes getting his own folk to slaughter themselfes if its actually staged?
You'd think if thats actually staged, it would lead up to a even heavier backslash once found out.
Life is like a box of chocolates.

I don't believe it is staged (many people have died so far), but i also don't believe it's much of a success. From what i've heard only a part of the army was in on the coup so the pro-erdogan side still has plenty of military left to fight for them. Also the video's i've seen seem to show that the military is at least not trying to kill people trying to stop them. People were climbing onto tanks and they could easily have been killed but instead the soldiers try to push them off and scare them off with warning shots.

Yeah, the videos i saw showed just that. Looks tense, but less agressive than what i've seen at some demonstrations here...
I mean its good that they're not slaughtering people, but i question how effective this is if the tanks and soldiers are swamped in the masses.
