It's one thing to have someone speak English in a Japanese game, unless he was referring to dubs which is a different thing altogether. If they're fluent at it or it's a dub then there's no problem and you can hardly call it Engrish.
Then you have a Japanese voice actor/actress try (that's the keyword here) to speak English. It's rarely good and usually only works for stuff like shouting the name of your attack or something concise like that. Here's an example:
With shit like that, it's rare to have 'good' or otherwise appealing Engrish. The only cool Engrish that comes to mind would be Archer's Unilimited Blade Works chant, I guess. Stuff like names don't really count, although it can be as exciting as much as it can be cringy.
Though hearing Japanese characters speak Spanish words is pretty cool, I only remember Bleach doing that on a regular basis.

That's due to the fact that there were little to no "L"s present in the Spanish words they were using and Spanish is generally a language that is quick to learn and pronounce easily.

I thought as much; it's pretty easy to stir the pot. We must be slow to speak, and quick to listen and think.

Yeah, phonetically it's a very simple language and actually quite similar to Japanese in that sense. Spanish is mediated by syllables which is basically what the Japanese "alphabet" is, unlike English which just tries to take the same amount of time pronouncing each word.
