it really sucks, because lol actually was a good game season two. too bad riot sucks and the game got way too casual. dota is really fkin hard.
but there are so many so many games where you can compete with other. there has to be one which you like and can play without problems.

i really didn't think about it that way. that law sure is described broadly tho.

dota is grand and I love the amount of depth it has, but I'm not really a particularly good player
league is just going more and more down the shitter, bringing back solo again is the only good decision they've made in years
I can use a joystick/gamepad but I don't really enjoy it, I've been a keyboard player since I was a wee baby and the only game I've played 100% gamepad so far is Witcher 3. I'm also awful at aiming and shit so shooters are pretty much eliminated and those are the most competitive games around, stepmania brings back the same wrist problems and I'm nowhere near rich and smart enough to compete in something like SCII
I do like overwatch but you need a stack to be any good at the game and I have a fairly limited hero pool that I know how to use

... Depth was in a free weekend not too long ago, so some friends and I downloaded it

Mara's is wrong because you always leave 'I' as the last component of the list but yours is wrong because it's not in subject-verb agreement (you can't say 'me downloaded it'; it needs to make sense separately both ways - 'some friends downloaded it' and 'I downloaded it')

tupsu: I like the new secret iteration. I believe this is also the first time western and eastern players have really come together as well iirc, which makes this even more awesome. Personally, I would've preferred QO over MP, but I can totally see MP/Forev/MidOne meshing together in a good way. Now I can also become a bit more of a Secret fangay again as I did not like the team with Envy and w33 on it. Though the best news is yet to come; TheBoys squad with Zai, Cr1t and Arteezy. Too bad it'll flop, as they will have no true captain who can steer the boys in a general direction (and out of trouble).
