I didn't run into anything game breaking, and if I had not heard of the microtransactions from elsewhere I wouldn't even know they were there (the game never really pushes you on them).

i vastly prefer the original look minus the obvious lighting/shadow bugs. i'm generally bothered by bloom but it felt in place in DX:HR
