We don't do things in this forum by appealing to a higher entity that are the 'mods' to arbitrate how they please. I doubt any bans will be handed out without someone persisting with a behavior that causes issues for a majority of other members. At least that's how it should be.
Usually people will just call you a dick and if you keep doing that thing people will keep thinking you're a dick.

Not like being a mod actually means anything. Really we are all under the mercy of IppE (may he live forever) who owns the server and knows how to do computer stuff.
