That Sakuya on lingerie
You're a perv.

Are you trying to get my attention Brian?
I'd say Sakuya's right bum cheek could be just the tinniest bit more plump.
I think your Nazi loli would look better with some different coloured hair to contrast it a bit rather than it being bland.
Your style seems a bit comic, not that it's bad but I wonder if you could do art that has a more serious feel. Like Pirtelo the Jew for example.
And someone ask Brian if he's heard what a background is.

Nope. The requests just lined up for some reason this time around
I'll try again some other time
Requests are specific. I would've drawn Miu Yarai otherwise
I could but that would take time I won't have til November

I'm a bit uncomfortable that you have other people in your life besides us at Tuuba forum. You still like us the best, right?

Try not to chicken scratch; use one stroke for what should be one line. Try ghosting your lines on paper and tensing your wrist while making the motion from your elbow and shoulder.

Don't worry about it
I know too many people online, but each group of people brings something unique to the table for me. I can't call any of those the best, but I'd be worse off without any one of them. In other words, I can't replace you guys.

at least he's good at all the other things so you can't really notice it's emotionless

I'll give that a try
Meanwhile, I am very pleased with how her dress came out. Hand are good but not perfect. Head is the shortcoming.

I mean, there's plenty wrong with it, but if you went and tried to tackle it all at once you wouldn't get anywhere.
I'd say start by evaluating what's the pose doing and why would anyone feel obligated to strike such a pose. The point is to show there's some kind of intent going on. Look for an action, whether it's passive or active doesn't matter, just that it's there. You'll find the rest of the drawing coming together to push that.
For example, if the girl in your picture were, I don't know, clapping at the viewer for some undefined reason or preparing a kamehameha, you'd be hard pressed to orient her body and limbs to match that.
Once the viewer accepts the intent behind the drawing, they can maybe take a little time to look at her dress with all its folds and patterns.

the dress is ok nice even, the arms are completely fucked. nobody has perfectly straight arms like that and elbows are never that sharp, not even mine (which are notoriously sharp). get one of those meme wooden dolls, they're decent for basic poses and understanding how shit like that works
