In Australia our prime minister has changed like 4 times in a short number of years. Liberals almost lost the most recent election due to a labour mass advertising scare campaign of 'liberals are gonna privatise medicare!1!'. Completely unfounded but whatever, the voters are dumb enough to believe it. I also got a fine because I didn't vote and for some reason it's mandatory here.

Why is socialism bad again?

Look fampai, i can see communism being bad, but socialism? Mericants need to get off this Socialism == Communism thing.
And in mericas case id argue high taxes is a good thing, but i think that in general anyway, provided the goverment doesnt just sit on its gpa and hoards the money for fuck all.

Sitting money is worthless, you need to take it, and pour it into projects that improve the nation. Merica could use some more funds for Education, Infractstructure and Healthcare for one, but first id wager they'd need to get rid of this deeprooted corruption where companies basically control the goverment. Hillary is useless for this obviously, but all in all i think Trump is even worse.

Look, i dont even want to hear of this clown show anymore, its been going on since months and the citizens dont seem to realize either of these two are horrible, horrible canidates for president and they should've gotten rid of this dumb idea that theres only two parties ages ago. (Merica isnt a truly 2 party system, but uneducated and ignorant fucks ie >70% of mericans dont know it or ignore it)
Starting to wonder if merica actually is a bad comedy show made by chinese. :^)

I'm a social democrat, the opposite of american and I can see how bad socialism can go
right now in most of the world socialism will not be sustainable as the workforce ages and pops out less babies
the answer to that would be more integration but if you even say that the EU will start making twitchy movements towards all of our personal spaces and cultures, and every nationalist/alt-right will start squealing like a stuck pig

Socialism isn't sustainable at all. You're taking money from the wealth successful people and giving it to the dumb and lazy, which hampers economic growth and doesn't even reduce wealth disparity. In fact socialism promotes poverty, the poverty in America was in decline until welfare was introduced. Because you get generations dependent on welfare, and then those people breed and increase and create even more people dependent on welfare.
And then on to of that you immigrants pouring in trying to take advantage of the gibs me dats. Welfare state + lax immigration control = disaster.
High taxes and regulation, these things are the anathema to business. Even if you have this view that businesses are evil, increasing taxes will not make them pay their fair share. They will simply avoid the taxes, move to another country etc. higher taxes is not associated with higher tax revenue in the long run.

The private sector is simply more efficient. With the things the government do, you could throw your money into a wishing well and it would probably benefit society more than giving it to the government. Pouring money into healthcare, education, social programs etc. does not improve society. And infrastructure is good, but now the majority of the voter base doesn't care about infrastructure or the economy, the just want free stuff.

Trump is not worse, no way in hell. He is not running for the corrupt establishment interests, that's Hillary. Hillary is the incarnation of establishment corruption, of criminality, and frankly evil in general. Trump used to be part of the elite, as he was saying in one of his rallies yesterday, but as an insider and a businessmen he knows how the elite play the system. He wants to lower taxes but decrease tax avoidance and increase economic growth and create jobs. Trump is the populist candidate running for the people, if that wasn't the case as I've said then the establishment wouldn't hate him so much.

I've already stated that as a billionaire he was part of the elite in group. What matter is what he's going to do now. Why do you think I said he's the candidate for the people? He became what the people wanted.

Maybe the big circlejerk of nations clumped together in Europe can actually act out their stated purpose of defending against Russia. Not like America would deploy men is Europe anyway. Maybe if the countries in Europe had spent the fraction of the amount they had on immigrants and spent it on the defense budget they'd be in a better situation.
