I can get free braces thanks to my teeth being sufficiently fucked up, but there is only a certain nr of appointments they can give for the free patients in a month, which means there's only a certain number of patients the orthodontist can take on at a time. this means all of the orthodontists are permanently overburdened and appointments are gotten for months later. my appointment today was booked in august, but since it's the end of the year and they're all out of insurance money, they couldn't do anything for me unless I was willing to pay about 3000€. I will have a new appointment at a different place in around march, hopefully, and they should be able to cover me, but I'll still try to get in touch with the other places to see if they by some miracle would have a time earlier than that
e: to make this worse, there's only like 15 places out of however many in my city that have a contract to do this with our nhs thingy, and like 3 or 4 of these are out of business, didn't reply or look fucking creepy. two said 'call back just before christmas'

No time - just eat cereal.
Plenty of time - just cook anything I want. Most of the time I cook myself a standard English breakfast of eggs, sausages, bacon and toast.

If I had like 10 minutes to eat something for breakfast, it'd be this.
- Pandesal (sweet dinner roll), coffee, and pancit canton (cheap instant noodles)
or pancakes/waffles/poptarts.. those usually don't fill me up though.
If it were on a Saturday where I have more time to eat (still have ultimate practice during 9 am weekends though) it'd be this
- It's called Tocilog. It's a portmanteau of the words tocino (cured meat), sinangag (fried garlic rice), and itlog (eggs).
Filipino food has great breakfast. Although back when I lived in Finland, they weren't readily available so I just almost always had oatmeal, coffee (or tea), viili & muesli.
