I demand that the edited post message be made like it is in the osu! forums if it is in any way possible (so that it doesn't put up the post has been edited message if you edit your post before someone else posts)

alternatively just give it like a 2-3 minute timer rathre than making it 'count' once someone else posts, but do still keep it in modlog

sure, the "edited by"-message is kind of annoying anyway when it's just from fixing typos
as long as modlog still shows them for whoever cares, i don't see harm in implementing this

So, since people would prefer to have modlog take over as the "who edited the what now" thing, should the edited by texts be removed entirely?

honestly the current way is fine but if people really hate seeing that they edited to correct a typo then im fine with it as long as it shows in modlog for absolute transparency

also if links to modlog there is no use unless it actually links to the actual list entry in modlog but those expire since modlog is just 500 entries so either make modlog eternal or scrap the idea imo
