So they want to make it 8 years long before anyone here can apply for a Finnish citizenship on top of adding a "citizenwhatevercrap test" and a language test.
Yes, that'll absolutely take care of the asylum seekers that flood the country, live off Kela money and once benefits are over fuck off to the rest of Europe :^)
I'm on board with language & other tests because it makes sense, I just don't see how torturing people who actually try to assimilate into this frozen shithole matters or will take care of things so Finland doesn't become Swedestan 2.0. AFAIK there are so little people applying for citizenship anyway and the majority of them fail because you need a whole Finnish linguist diploma before you can pass their language tests.
But racist people are fucking stupid so they'd fall for the lowest of political baits anyway
