You go on an expedition with your mother and your 8-month pregnant wife. You are all starving to death and are thirsty. You pray to your God/gods to be saved and get an answer:
Either cut off your legs and feed them (and they will be given water as a bonus) so they survive, but slowly bleed out to death just as the chopper with the rescuers arrives, OR choose to either save yourself by killing both of them and eating them (you'll still get water as a bonus), OR attempt to rescue one of them alongside yourself by either:

A) strangling your mother and eating her, but one of you has a 37% chance at getting infected and dying a horrible, painful death, or

B) carefully cutting open your wife's stomach so you get the baby out and eat it, but you have a 1.35% chance at rescuing both your mother AND your wife alongside yourself

Woah sounds almost exactly like something from the movie The Canyon.

I'm a guy and I choose B. Sounds like the least riskiest move. Regardless, it is expected at least one of us to die, so it's more about who fights to live and who wants to give themselves up at that point. The 1.35% chance comes from all of us surviving, and if one of us dies the odds should be much greater. Besides, I don't like the 18.5% chance of me dying a painful death in choice A.
